18.01.2022 Due to the age of the property and the existing wiring a complete rewire was needed. Roof sheets have been lifted and the upstairs rough in has now been completed ready to second fix asap. New wiring included Photoelectric interconnected smoke alarms, Ceiling fans, Lighting and switches. All power points can be wired from downstairs as access is very accessible. 12.01.2022 Its been a very busy week this week. So nice to finish off with 18x deck lights. It was a team effort and a great result.

08.01.2022 A great little project installing LED lighting in the new Alfresco area and Carport. The new Alfresco area is a great place to relax and it won't be long until the new remote ceiling fans will be installed!

03.01.2022 There must be something in the air regarding hot water services breaking down recently. A new 3 phase hot water tank has now been installed and hot water now back.up and running. Happy days! You all probably know already but I believe the Coffee club is open for take away from 7am to 4pm.

02.01.2022 The front gate/entrance lights were tripping the existing safety switch. After further investigation the supply cable had been damaged. A new supply cable has now been installed to include new LED lights. The front entrance is now bright and free from tripping hazards ready for guests to arrive after the Covid 19 has stopped. 01.01.2022 Hot water is now back on. The supply cable was undersized for the size of the element and the cable overheated. Ran new cable for the hot water to include new safety switch and isolator switch. Customer is now very Happy he has hot water on this long weekend!
