02.01.2022 6 Gang Drilling Machine One of our long term clients won a project where there was a requirement to drill 280,000 holes in 11mm thick steel at an exact spacing of 125mm. JPC Engineering designed, built and commissioned a 6 gang light weight drilling machine to be used outdoors on site, the machine simply clamps to the steel beam, a button is pressed, drills start and the depth feed begins,the cycle stops when the drilling machine returns to the home position, there is an indicator pin to locate the next group of holes.
