24.01.2022 D-Max In for a lift off canopy. -Fold down ladder -Jerry can holder -Adjustable spare wheel holder ... -Uni strut roof bars -Dual lift off points -Aluminium false floor As with the rest of the canopy, the floor is made from 3mm aluminium flat shred with folded hat section support beams. Finishing flush with the bottom gutter makes mounting anything inside much easier.

21.01.2022 Today we finished our part of the build for Wade from Xcel auto electricals brand new D-Max. Previously we fitted the tray portion and sent it away to be registered, lifted, rims and the snorkel fitted. Meanwhile we kept fabricating on the lift off canopy. Specs include, - Rear food down ladder - Jerry can holder... - Adjustable spare tyre mount - Laser cut mesh roof rack - Central locking whale tails - Dual lift off points - Reinforced false floor - Dual drawer set with work bench - Laser cut fridge partition and mounts - Travel Buddy mount - Lithium battery mount - Mount customer supplied boxes Great looking build that is now off for texture coated tray and canopy body with 2 pack silver doors. We cant wait to see it finished. If youd like to see more of the tray scroll down a few posts for that run down. We also have a walk around video that we are working on. Keep an eye out for the finished product in coming weeks.

20.01.2022 Hilux in to replace the existing tray and canopy setup. The old tray was showing a decent amount of rust and the canopy section being mainly mesh, couldnt provide any protection from the weather. Features of the new setup -Aluminium tray base with shortened sides -900mm split canopy... -Jerry can holder -Adjustable spare tyre holder -Rear wall and roof extension -Roof bars -L.E.D. Lights A new addition for us are the JPFab mudflaps. These can be purchased on their own or theyll be standard issue to anyone who upgrades their tray to flared guards. We think this is a neat setup thats saved a great deal of weight, wont rust and will protect Jakes tools from the weather

20.01.2022 Ford Ranger in for a powder coated aluminium tray to replace the factory tub. While we were at it we added a set of flared guards and upgraded to L.E.D. lights. We have retained its factory reversing sensors and mounted them into the trays light bar where they work perfectly.

19.01.2022 VDJ 79 series dual cab straight off the boat in for a custom tray. Features include, -Flared guards -Tapered fully sealed under tray boxes -Rear sealed trundle drawer... -60Litre stainless water tank -Adjustable spare tyre mount -Satin black powder coat -LED tail lights -Re-located fuel filler As this was the utes first stop before delivery it is screaming out for a decent set of tyres to fill the guards and correct the whee track, then a lift but once thats sorted hopefully we get it back after delivery for some updated photos.

18.01.2022 Brand new D-Max for Xcel Auto Electrical PTY LTD. Back to the dealership after fitment of, -Premium tray -Tapered boxes -Sealed under tray drawer -Flared guards ... Once its been registered, lifted, had its new boots fitted and a GVM upgrade it will be back for a full size canopy and roof rack. When we have completed the build it will be black texture coated with 2 pack doors. This will be a great looking combination to keep an eye out for. Note the light setup is temporary

Pictured is one of our own personal cars, so that we could check out the quality and fitment first hand. These are a well built tray that will allow for easy upgrades and personalised finishes. 12.01.2022 3 door canopy and roof rack we have been a part of over the past few weeks. Customer came to us with a request for a rear door to be as large as possible due to his restricted space considering what was needed to fit inside. We supplied the canopy in raw aluminium along with the basket style roof rack and checker plate water tank cover. Central locking chrome whale tail locks with gas strut doors and folded internal gutters. Once home Phil continued to add to the canopy and... return for assistance with small jobs to complete the internal fit out. Hes certainly made the most of the space available and we think its worked out great. A well thought out setup that should make their trips away a whole lot more comfortable.
