12.01.2022 A big shout out to the guys and girls who came in and got there week of to a great start in this mornings HIIT class.What makes this class so fun is its like your favourite party mix of people with everyone coming from different fitness levels and backgrounds to bring some awesome energy into the room .A special mention to the expecting mums as well the mums making comebacks you ladies killed it.
