25.01.2022 Excerpt taken from my weekly e-mail: I want to let you in on a secret... Well, it is not so much a secret, as something I tell everyone all the time !!... Health is simple, weight loss is simple. training is simple... In fact, it is so simple, you probably only need to have the capacity of a 12 year old to understand it. However, it is not easy, that is why we are still amongst the most overweight nations in the world. The simple part is just: 1. Don't eat more than your fill 2. Eat Slowly 3. Exercise often 4. Practise mindfulness The hard part is: 1. Having the time to PRIORITISE your health 2. It is not CONVENIENT 3. You have to THINK 4. 17.01.2022 Only 10 days until I Marry my amazing and beautiful partner Olivia We have been through a lot, we have already had to postpone the wedding due to Covid, most of our plans have been thrown out the window. We have had to learn to be flexible and to adapt at short notice. We survived our first year moved into our new home together, even though 7 months of those first 12 were in a lockdown.... However, this has made us stronger as a couple and will only set a solid foundation for the family we wish to create That means that Thursday the 4th of March until Monday the 8th of March I will not be taking any sessions But will definitely be good for Tuesday the 9th of March

08.01.2022 Happy New Year 2020 has been a pretty big year, there has been a lot happen, good and bad. I am grateful for the year I have had. ... Grateful for the friends and family I have around me, even when we were not able to be together. Grateful for the lessons I have learned and the awareness I have gained.
