14.01.2022 We finally got out for a cruise! Was a perfect day for it. Ryan's oxford green NL Fairlane- turbo conversion done over a year ago, s366 turbo with quick spool valve, stock engine 12psi, j3 chip, 60lb injectors, walbro 460 and E85. Coilovers with 18x9.5 and 18x11 XXR rims Craig's cardinal Red DF LTD- turbo conversion just completed GT35 and 44mm wastegate on J pipe. Stock engine 7 psi, J3 chip, BA injectors and walbro 255. Coilovers with 19x9 Work euroline all round. ... Yes, Ryan's green machine goes harder

12.01.2022 Ok boys and girls! I have finally found some time time to do J pipe things! Sorry in advance for the long winded post but I'm super excited! I'm offering turbo kits to the budget minded E series guys for $1050. I will have 2 kits available at this price to start with. - J pipe kit... -gt3582 1.06a/r journal bearing turbo -44mm wastegate with flange welded to J pipe. - 3" stainless dump pipe down to sump level (no pics for these yet) eta 2 weeks . . . . . AND I've made a few tweaks to the existing design of the J also- - 2.5" id at the manifold end stepping back down to the normal 2" to the turbo. I've done this for a couple of reasons, first is that the manifold is 2.5 out so matches up nicely and will be sure that the J will not be a restriction. Stepping back down to 2" to the turbo will ensure spool time will be minimised and going any bigger is not needed as the turbine nozzle is smaller than the pipe size anyway. -The turbo position is higher and tweaked a little to make dump pipe fabrication easier. Price is staying very close to the previous version at $360 and will have a few of these ready to go in 2 weeks This first kit will be fitted to my own DF and will be giving it a good workout to see what it can do, so keen! ccparts.com.au
11.01.2022 Got some data with the new J pipe kit, it's looking awesome! Check out the boost curve- so flat. This is with 2 springs in the wastegate to equal 10ish psi,no boost controller at all and wastegate signal coming from just before the throttle body. The turbo is super responsive, as soon as it hits my stall flash speed of 3000 it is already making boost even though there isn't much engine load.

07.01.2022 Design of the V2 EA-EL and BA-FG brake master cylinders stoppers is almost done! Super stoked at how they are turning out. Changes include- - more clearance fo...r the header tank on BA BF FG - laser cut CC logo -larger base holes for a bit more adjustment -grub screw instead of socket cap for more clearance/cleaner look Note that the finishes and price will be the same as the V1. Yes I did weld too hot for half of this one, lucky it's only a prototype
03.01.2022 Finally a true bolt on ford sohc! This is our first prototype made to bolt straight onto a stock NA manifold without modification. (Added pics for the wastegate provision)... The design is also much lower than others on the market and provides a much more direct flow path leaving plenty of room for your oil inlet and outlet pipes and water fittings. Designed around gt35 1.06ar turbo with t3 flange. Will be available with or without external gate provision. Price will be from $350 with many customisable options available like external gate provision. Pipes come with all nuts and bolts, o2 bung plug, gaskets, and any required hardware to bolt a turbo in place.
