18.01.2022 This little big one Client had water rotten main beam Due to water coming in from a higher point This caused the roof to start to collapse ... All batons were rotten Main beam rotten All sheets removed due to being water logged All new batons New rafters attached to some of the partially damaged rafters to bring strength back to the roof Acro props for weight distribution while we start to work De-tiled the roof New main beam installed Replaced 15 tiles Re-laid all tiles over new batons Level out the roof for proper fall New fascia New barge board New fibro sheeting installed with plastic channel And then all new paint with three coat system
