18.01.2022 IMPORTANT CHANGES TO FDC LEGISLATION It is not very often there is an amendment to Education and Care regulations, but a very important change has been made that you MUST ensure you comply with. You may remember the recent tragedy in Cairns where a child died while in care. As a result of that, the Education and Care legislation has changed and the regulations for Regular Outings and Transportation of Children must be updated in your policies. To remain compliant you need to ...have your policies updated by the 1st of October, 2020.
