One of my favourite dishes to make and eat We all have that one dish thats our go to when we come home from work late or the kids sports take like FOREVER......AND this is one of them! With a little bit of prep and a pretty quick cook time, this is up and ready with flavours to die for. You also have the option of keeping it simple for a quick dinner or sprucing it up with delicious seafood , for a dinner party! ... Whats your go to dinner when you dont have time?? 21.01.2022 October 11-17 is carers week and an awesome organisation and registered charity called @carerswa are the ones facilitating and supporting this. Their role is to work in active partnerships with carers, persons with care and support needs, health professionals and the wider community to achieve an improved quality of life for carers as well as offering services to carers. Their goal and purpose is an extremely important one and they do need to be recognised for the fanta...stic work they do. We were very lucky and humbled to work with @carerswa and all the awesome legends who came today. To offer an opportunity where they can learn to cook a few delicious dishes, tips and tricks of the kitchen all while having a good time away from their routines for a few hours. They were fantastic today and are all jrchefs in our eyes. They should be so proud themselves, as we are. We hope they all had an awesome day aswell! #jrchefs #jrchefsclasses

13.01.2022 There has been a lot going on behind the jrchef scenes so we have been off the gram for a little while..... And with the current crazy situation that we have all found ourselves in, it has definitely thrown a major spanner in the works! so sad to say we couldnt organise classes and had to cancel booked events BUT....... We will be back as soon as we can, once everything has settled down and we realise our new normal. We promise!!! Heres a little throwback to our last Easter school holidays where we made delicious hot cross muffins. They were fun and so yummy and put massive smiles on all our budding chefs aswell as ours. There are a few steps in the recipe but the end result is sooo worth it! Its creamy, tender and so full of flavour. Its definitely not stodgy as you might find with some lasagnes.
