19.01.2022 FOR THOSE PLAYING ALONG AT HOME let’s see who got this one right. This is our Pectoralis Minor. Commonly this muscle gets pretty tight due to prolonged bouts of sitting or standing in the same hunched over position (think typing, texting) When tight, it pulls our shoulders inwards (into a medially rotated position) and causes all sorts of problems if left untreated.
