16.01.2022 First ever Train the Trainer in the history books. A day that every member the past 9 years has been itching for. A massive weight on Dave’s shoulder but he delivered for you. Love a workout that doesn’t look too bad on paper but absolutely kicks your butt as you all know. The Devil Press kicked it off. An exercise that I’m very familiar with but never done it with 20kg dumbbells. Now to be fair to Dave he didn’t have that weight prescribed for any of the workouts, but I prom...ised you all I would take myself to the red zone for your pleasure and I’m a man of my word. Honestly, after that first workout, I was in survival mode for the rest of it and spent lots of time on my hands and knees ....if you missed the lead up behind the scenes, make sure you check out our Instagram account for a laugh. 12.01.2022 Out nice and early today. Just did a simple... - 10 box jumps (step ups is an option) - 10 shoulder taps (nice and slow, take about 5 seconds to complete each rep) - reduce by 1 rep every new round until you reach 1. ... Then did a bunch hill sprints afterwards.
