05.01.2022 First day of intermittent fasting and so far so good I've decided to do 2 days back to back fasting from 6pm till 12pm which is very simple. Started this morning with a hot stone massage and now sitting at the office desk with a hot cup of bone broth ready to get some work done. Training was pretty hard yesterday had a very hard and overwhelming fight with a more senior member of our fight team. I had a couple of minutes of wtf am I doing here thoughts but after calming down... I started to think back on what I did wrong and what I need to improve on.
