17.01.2022 Getting final touch ups and finishes done for the Fastplant Skateboard Exhibition next Wednesday. First time painting a deck and I'm loving how controlled the paint flow is on wood grain.

04.01.2022 EMBRACE. "You are a woman, skin and bones, veins and nerves, hair and sweat. You are not made of metaphors, not apologies, not excuses." - SK Limited Edition Prints Coming Soon!... As a child i was always sitting by my mother watching her paint. I would look through all of the different brushes while i memorised and experimented with colour mixing. Though i watched Mum paint, i simply just loved to draw. Anything and everything, any chance i had. It was only about 3 years ago i decided to paint a picture. I have no idea what drew me to this portrait but everything about it was so easy. Up until that moment i had never felt more myself and content than i did then. It took me just 2 nights to complete and at that time - a lot of emotion. This piece means so many things to me and always gives me strength when I'm doubting myself. I hope to share with you the other inspirations, muses and stories behind all of my pieces in the coming weeks so stay tuned!
03.01.2022 Hi friends, As a lot of you who know me, know that I have a great passion for art, and I have decided to turn my passion into a career. I'm a self taught artist, mother of two, specialising in African portraits. I believe you can find specks of beauty absolutely everywhere and I draw a lot of my inspiration from the way things make me feel - whether that be from moments in my life, values I admire in a person, or simply objects and topics that spark my interest. I try to re...present strength and confidence through my works or emotions i find hard to convey in any other form.
