13.01.2022 Kitchen in , vanity’s and mirrors in, tiles cleaned, rooms painted. Silicone and plumber next week ! front room has taken shape ready to paint when I get the doors up from there final coat! Allways dreaded gloss doors but handy pro tips help Hehe . Gyprock all double sound check with sound batts to keep main road noise to a minimum. Also have commercial window and door replacements on order. Shadow line ceilings and square set bulkheads. Going to be premium ! ... Thanks Four Corner Ceilings for getting the job done in great time.

06.01.2022 So much going on I hadn’t posted about our houses at Nairne . 3 sold and one to go. last house being finished late November. Squeezing in painting where I can and I’ve been tiling and the cabinets have been going in the last 2 days! All taking shape.

05.01.2022 Finished this master piece and finally had someone to help lift it into posing position 3100mm x 1150mm reclaimed 100 year old jarrah table with black powder coated legs. Sealed for outdoor use. Up for sale $2900 share around please and hope to find this beauty a great home to be shown off in. Ps there is also a optional side table or coffee table approx 900mm x 900mm and legs can be made to any height. POA.
