24.01.2022 Another sneak peek into Elara's very special session with her gorgeous Bowie. As well as being Bowie's 1st birthday/Cake Smash session, Elara wanted to capture some family images but Covid and restrictions meant that Josh couldn't come. And, sorry Josh, but I'm secretly glad you couldn't make it!! Don't worry, you'll get your chance. But I just loved capturing the very special bond between Elara & Bowie, just chatting, walking & creating moments that are now captured and can be looked back on forever.

21.01.2022 Hi, I miss you! I miss newborn baby cuddles, I miss meeting new clients and catching up with families I have captured in the past. I miss taking photos of cute kinder kids, extended family sessions and the miracle that is maternity images. Restrictions this time around have changed to state that ALL photography is NOT allowed whether it’s Front Door, Front Yard, Mini Sessions. Photography is NOT an essential service (although I think it is ). That means that if a photographe...r is caught taking photos, they will cop a huge fine, but so will the clients. If you would like to support your photographer, why not purchase a voucher or put your name down for a shoot when we are allowed { Thank you to a beautiful JRP family who has already done this, you will never know how much this means to me } These restrictions suck, I know people who haven’t seen their parents for months, whether they’re in homes or simply ‘over the River’. There are grandparents missing their grandchildren, kids missing friends. Plus I’m not a great grade 4 teacher We’re only stage 3, my heart breaks for Melbourne who are living through stage 4. I don’t want stage 4 to reach our beautiful country town. I don’t want to be still living with restrictions at Christmas. We are all in this together and together we can get through this, IF we ALL do the right thing. See more
20.01.2022 now that I have your attention..... It's 99 days until Christmas!!!!! How is it possible that this year has flown by, even though we've been in some sort of lockdown for most of it?? Bookings are starting to roll in, so please, if you'd like a session done in time for Christmas please don't wait book. My cut off for guarantee back in time for you to organise Christmas gifts is the end of November.

13.01.2022 This morning I spent time with Noah and his family. Noah is 6 weeks old, but being born 5 weeks early, he's still just a tiny boy, but oh so sweet. Just over 2 years ago, I captured a similar image of Noah's big sister Georgia! Thank you for coming over again Emma & Mark, I loved seeing you all again.

03.01.2022 Yay!! It’s time to book your session!! I can start shooting again!! (It took about 20 takes to get this. Is anyone else extremely uncomfortable in front of the camera? And hate the sound of their own voice?? )
02.01.2022 Oh hey there!! I just wanted to pop in and say Hi! I hope you’re all going well, keeping sane, putting one foot in front of the other and getting through it. I’m so sorry for those of you who haven’t seen loved ones in months, haven’t hugged your parents or kissed your grand babies. These are such crazy times we are living through and together we are getting through it. My camera is still tucked away because the government still classes family photography as a non-essentia...l service and non-essential travel. My photographer friends and I are checking with DHHS daily and as soon as we hear that restrictions have been changed or lifted, I promise I’ll be letting you know!! But for the time being, let’s stay home and stay safe. Thank you to the amazing families who have put their names down for sessions when we can finally get together! Much love ~ Jo See more
