23.01.2022 5 years ago this week we road tripped through North and South Carolina in search of their legendary whole hog barbecue. Whole pigs cooked all night over embers, chopped and mixed with vinegar based sauce, and garnished with cracklins. We had many memorable meals and these photos are of the best.
