25.01.2022 Stage 4 of the 230 Lot White Water Subdivision in Kingston is currently under construction. JSA are proud to have engineered this project, working closely with the experienced developers. JSA utilise the resources of NearMap.com which is updated twice a year and provides us with high quality aerial photographs for our development sites in the greater Hobart area. Great to witness design documentation leave the office, and become reality on the ground. Here is a comparison of our documentation, and the subdivision taking shape.

20.01.2022 Ascot Place Huntingfield Kingston JSA have provided design and documentation, including detailed steel work and precast panel design. Great to see installation of a major workshop proceed seemlessly without the need for the gas torch...JSA model all our structures using Autodesk Advance Steel, which ensures that common conflict issues with steel and panel construction are avoided. Beam line technology ensures millimetre accuracy for the construction of steel work designs, based on NC files output from JSA. Resulting in an efficient design approach for our clients. Roof installed in 4 hours
