Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday classes will run as the usual 2020 timetable for the next 3 days. ... If your child, yourself or a family member is showing any signs that they are unwell please do not attend classes. Students must Remember to sanitise at one of the stations at the factory before entering any classes. There is NO waiting in the foyer for parents or family members, drop off to the front door only and students will exit the fire exits for Room 1 & 3 (located to the left of the entrance) and students from Rh2 and the band room room will exit via the foyer front door. 11.01.2022 To our students and their families, We sincerely apologise to anyone that the dodgy Facebook acount had tried to add or message. Please note we have always had messages turned OFF as it’s hard enough to keep up with emails and texts, we will NEVER inbox you via a JStep Facebook Account. We will also NEVER ask for personal details on Facebook. We will never use a normal account other than this account to post updates/competitions. Unfortunately we have had no luck in repo...rting the page as it appears to be once used as a personal account for someone in another country, to help report them you need to report their display picture and their cover photo, as they are stolen images. To help combat this situation I did some investigation and see that they are posting in Bahasa Malay/Indonesia therefore I have now blocked those countries from viewing our page who speak that language being Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore. I have also change our cover photo to a video which should be much harder to steal. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused. We hope that this gets under control quickly. Thanks See more

07.01.2022 *JSTEP DANCE COVID-19 UPDATE* To our beloved JStep Dance Family, We hope that youre all safe and well! ... Just wanted to give you a quick update on where we stand with running JStep Dance Classes at the moment. We want to be able to get back into classes ASAP however Victoria has announced that the State of Emergency Lockdown has been extended to the 11th of May 2020, meaning there is no chance that we can run classes until at least then, if thats even an option. However as soon as we can run classes we will! Please continue to stay updated via our Facebook page until further notice. Please be patient with us as this situation has been quite detrimental to the studio but know that we will do our best to get everything back to normal when we can. We will be doing Facebook Live Pop up classes every week to help our students get through this tough period and we encourage the whole family to get involved Stay home, safe and healthy! #JStepDanceFamily

06.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Dear JStep Dance Students and Families, We are excited to be returning In Term 3 as of Monday the 13th of July 2020 as restrictions for class numbers for students 18 years and under are NOW unlimited as of Monday the 22nd of June.... MAKEUP CLASSES FROM CANCELLED TERM 1 CLASSES 2020 We will be running Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday classes as the original 2020 Timetable from the 22nd of June - 24th June to make up for cancelled classes in term 1, 2020 unless you are notified otherwise where an alternative will be made available. This is the only option for those cancelled classes, Credits for term 1 cannot be transferred to term 3. Please text us should you have any questions. RETURNING TO CLASSES POST COVID19 -PICK UP/DROP OFF Parents will no longer be able to stay in the foyer of the factory for the duration of the classes. If you need to stay, please wait in your car and know that we have your contact details should you be needed for any reason. Drop off to the entrance of the Factory only, room 1 & 3 classes are to exit via the Emergency exit and should be collected by parents from there. Room 2 and the band room will exit through the main entrance. Diagram to be released in new information pack! Please note that all public seating in the Factory has been removed. -SHOULD YOUR CHILD COME TO CLASS IF THEY ARE SICK? No, Students, Teachers, Parents, siblings or Guardians must not attend if they are showing any symptoms that they are sick including coughing, sneezing, fever etc. Make-up classes can be taken in other classes subject to availability. -HAND SANITISATION BEFORE CLASS Hand sanitising stations are now installed at the factory, students will be required to sanitise prior to entering their classes. We will remind the kids to do this before they enter Classes and we appreciate parents reminding their children as well. -CLEANING & SANITISING The factory will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected every morning. This includes rehearsal rooms, bathrooms, common areas, door handles and any surface likely to be touched by hands -DRINKING FOUNTAINS & KITCHEN CLOSED Please ensure students bring drink bottles to class, and should they need to eat whilst being at the Factory that they have food that does not require any kitchen use. Please note that vending machines and the elevator will not be in use. TERM 3 DANCE CLASS CHANGES -Term 3 dates have now been changed from the original dates listed in our 2020 information pack, we are NOW running with the term 3 dates set by the Victorian Educated department. New information packs are being rolled out shortly. -There will be some timetable changes and merged classes due to the economic climate and COVID19 restrictions in place. Please know that we will do our best to please everyone but it is not always suitable to all clients. We are looking forward to returning and appreciate your support during these difficult times.
