08.01.2022 JTAX has been working with some of FAA clients and it has come to our attention that FAA are not in compliance with many laws in relation to financial services, tax and accounting, ATO, ASIC, Tax Practitioner Board and Legal Practitioners Act (and similar). These matters are serious and has caused us to report FAA to various regulatory authorities. The impacts on you may be severe in that many deductions especially the Excelsior program fees are not valide deductions, and hav...e not been since 2012. This means many of you were enticed into this Excelsior program being told it was a valid deduction when in fact it is not. You were lured by be being told you would get cash tax refunds. They may now have to be repaid to the ATO. JTAX has discussed this matter with the ATO and we are able to offer assistance to minimise the impact of your many thousands of deductions which would without help be reversed by the ATO, with penalties and interest added. As a result, a number of FAA clients have left FAA and have joined with JTAX to form a class action against FAA for the recovery of the many thousands of dollars as a result of FAA's misrepresentation and or negligence and or unlawful conduct. To start this process to assist you with these matters we have decided to report FAA to the Legal Services Commission for unlawfully preparing and charging for wills without a legal practising licence. The goal is to ensure FAA do not do work for which they are unqualified. By clicking on the below button you agree to us disclosing to the Legal Services Commission that will/s have unlawfully been prepared for you as a pathway to having this situation corrected, as the will/s may be ineffective. There is no cost to you in this process of informing the Legal Services Commission of FAA's unlawful conduct.
