My studio will be closed to the public due to the new direction, however, the beauty of having my studio at home is that I am still able to operate and some of my suppliers will still be functional. 11.01.2022 Hi JT here, Facebook tells me that my fans havent heard from for a while and would appear I have been m.i.a. Rest assured I am still here. ... Um, WOW what an eventful last few weeks......months....How are you coping? I would be lying if I said it has been all skittles and roses, it is certainly challenging times, but who doesnt love looking for opportunities. I began 2020 with a renewed vision for JT Elements. I have no firm destination, just an ever evolving journey, continually understanding my purpose and what I am being called to do. I am in total appreciation of the businesses and community group leaders in the past 3 years who have contributed to my journey so far. I have had the privilege of crafting so many awesome projects. As a part of the ever evolving journey, I will continue fine tuning my services and looking at how I can continue to best support businesses and organisations to be the best versions of themselves. I introduce you to JT Elements - The Revised Edit. Same services (creative design, administration, digital, print and signage and business development) however with a refreshed look, new additions and a strong focus on integrated marketing and mentoring. Local starts here. in July 2017 to provide a dedicated and loyal platform for support (through marketing and development), to celebrate Kingston SE businesses and community groups and to ultimately showcase our potential. Supporting local is not new to Kingston Connect it is the sole reason for its existence. You might be wondering why then dont I just share and provide the same support to non-members that would like a flyer or post shared every no...w and then. Joining Kingston Connect needs to be a conscious choice and effort. Value and results are only generated on an effort basis. The saying goes you cant get upset at the results you didnt get from the work you didnt do. The guidelines and fee for membership are there to ensure that I can financially carry out the important functions of the network and there is dedication and loyalty to providing the functions of the network and there is value and results to the membership group, who have made a conscious effort and choice to join and contribute to the network. Kingston Connect has been the only dedicated platform for promoting and developing our local businesses and community groups for the past 3 years. It is people working together for a higher purpose. This last month has proven that our economy and local community thrives from visitors, socially as well. The flow on effect is real and runs right down to our service providers and community groups. I have ramped up the online marketing support for our members and trying to be as vocal about it as possible. Now is the time we need to set a strong foundation to position ourselves for the current environment and to get ready to show (on the otherside) that we are open for business individually as businesses/organisations and as an entire community. I am currently working on our marketing plan for the next few months with a few exciting projects in the pipeline. There is greater strength in numbers. 01.01.2022 Eeeeeek! Shut the front door! This little birdie is off to the gala for the 2020 SA Woman Australia Awards as one of the 5 finalists in the Regional Woman in Business Category.... Cue freaking out here......followed by excited happy dance....and happy tears and some more happy dancing. I established JT Elements for a number of reasons; my flair for creativity, the want to spend more precious moments with our daughter, the desire to learn, a childhood dream, a desire to help my community grow and after a frustrating morning in my former role, on the counter of my local café whilst getting my coffee was a book Start Today. On the second page it read dive deep, uncover the dream you’ve been hiding like a pearl and lift it to the surface, let it shine. The past four years have been about me going on a braventure, unleashing my potential, the potential of those that the universe delivers to me and the community in which I’m surrounded by in business and Kingston SE. Being nominated for these awards was humbling.
