24.01.2022 Today we started breaking 2 of our young heifers into halters. It was a learning experience for us just as much as the heifers

16.01.2022 What did your children do these holidays? I-pads? Lego? Video games? The JTS children spent their holidays in the rain and the sunshine halter breaking their very own calves; Rosie, Rayna & Rajella.... We are extremely proud of the time, patience, kindness and perserverance the kids have put into their calves. Their dedication is already showing in each of their beautiful well rounded little calves. Thank you to Chevalley Quality Cattle for allowing us to purchase the 3 x calves, now completing our foundation herd.

16.01.2022 Buckaroo Hero's ability to load safely into a horse float, travel better than a pony, tolerate small children fussing over him & minature Daschunds under his feet is a true testament to his training and handling at Buckaroo Brahmans. Haley, you should be extremely proud of this well mannered, handsome Bull!

16.01.2022 First Bath for the calves on a lovely warm spring day. Safe to say they were not phased by a hose and were extremely well behaved. for some 2021 shows.

09.01.2022 JTS is extremely proud to introduce the very first Sire to our property, "Buckaroo Hero". BUCKAROO HERO has been very carefully selected for his capacity, proven breeding history and most importantly his sound, quiet temperament. Hero's stud services have been very kindly donated by Haley Ellis at Buckaroo Brahmans. We cannot thank Haley and the entire Buckaroo team enough for believing in us and for this extremely generous gesture!!! ... We are looking forward to having "Buckaroo Hero" as part of the JTS family for several months. We cant wait to see the beautiful progeny he produces with our heifers!

01.01.2022 Today JTS Brahman Stud welcomed our very first foundation Cows and Heifers to our property in Maules Creek NSW. These beautiful ladies have been hand selected by Colin Chevalley from 'Chevalley Quality Cattle' for their breeding lines and quiet temperaments. We are extremely grateful for the ongoing knowledge, guidance, help and expertise provided by both Colin Chevalley and Haley Ellis from 'Buckaroo Brahmans'. ... Their kindness is a true reflection of the Brahman industry, the people who support it and their desire to pass down their industry knowledge to future generations. See more
