21.01.2022 Some machining getting done. Weighs just over a tonne, getting turned down to specs for one of our valued customers. ~Jude~

21.01.2022 All welded and ready for final machining and honing. 2.5 mm over the full 6500 mm length needed to be removed by hone. 24 hrs later all done to plus/minus .05mm tolerance.

16.01.2022 Material in and time to start machining all the components for new cylinder. 290mm in diameter by 6500mm long.

15.01.2022 Problem with Large steel compactor at Sims Metal yard Townsville. Pulled the piston rod from main push cylinder. This was the condition of the piston and seals. The cylinder was just as damaged. Time to remove the complete cylinder and replace.

13.01.2022 Some work from last few weeks down at Townsville Bulk Handling & Storage. This is 'Harry' the top lifting omega forklift. Couple of pumps were removed and rebuilt to keep harry going.

11.01.2022 Reconditioned the steering amplifier, from 'Harry', (the horse), forklift down at TBSH.. The wharfies will be stoked now that Harry has power steering back.

06.01.2022 Rotainer repairs at T.B.S.H. Replaced the old worn out nylon bushes with new bushes made from bronze. That'll keep them rotating.

01.01.2022 A mobile 1200mm diameter poly pipeline welder. Design, fabricate and then give this bad boy some hydraulic drive and lift. 2nd unit is near completion.
