22.01.2022 HOW CAN I? The Answer empowers & expands Everything in your Life! Try it when you have a choice to make or a difficult scenario. The 3 most Powerful Words EVER!... If you do not yet feel Powerful & Decisive ask yourself: ‘How would a Powerful/Decisive person choose to act here’? It may be that you choose a Role Model & ask yourself what they would do in the same situation. After you practice for a while, this new question becomes Automatic leading to better problem solving & sound choices. I want you to Replace the negative self talk in your head when you come up against a difficult choice or issue with: ‘How CAN I’! To gain control over your inner critic you have to first be aware of it. During every conscious moment we have an inner dialogue with ourselves. Much of our thinking is so automatic and happening so rapidly that we barely notice it before we move on to the next thought. Examples may be: I Can’t There’s No use I haven’t been able to do it before I don’t know how Your emotions will also cue you to the presence of the critic. Negative emotions such as doubt, guilt, shame, and worthlessness are almost always signs of the inner critic causing us to fail before we begin.

06.01.2022 I just CANNOT Do this Anymore! Christmas has gotten out of control! Children in situations out of their control have their inequality & unworthiness shoved in their face from every angle. Parents feeling sadness & shame that their kids are missing out.... Lonely, sad people left in Nursing Homesas they watch most other people being picked up by their loved ones. The Homeless. People who are experiencing their first Christmas without their loved one. People maxing out their credit cards til way after the School holidays. Working like crazy sometimes to the detriment of the family to buy things they can’t afford. Turning themselves into a stressed out zombie at a time that is supposed to be ‘Peace & Joy’ People feeling sick about spending time with toxic families they don’t like. Having to relive trauma which can TIL next Xmas to recover from. Domestic violence increases as does suicide. I don’t wonder why! Co-parenting at its worst! Fighting over who gets lunchtime, the night before etc. Competing for points with the flashiest gifts! Oh & then there is all the driving at a time when there are all these impatient idiots on the road. Step families where it seems there are no winners! There will always be someone who is sadly missed. Resentment & anger are rife! Even if you are happy, that is wrong for being ‘too happy’! People mentally calculating who ‘got more’! Just knowing .... there’s bound to be unrest after we have almost killed ourselves making it right for ever else. Coming from different family values & cultures, it’s bound to feel odd. Sometimes, like you have been dropped into a planet of aliens! People sharing too much of everything! Social Media ... Get off your phones & be in the moment! Kids ripping off paper like vultures from presents so carefully wrapped & throwing gifts on the ground to get to the next one! No, stopping, reading cards & appreciation! Parents, what ARE you thinking? Kids high on soft drink & don’t eat a bite of lunch as they are too full of junk. Leaving afterwards with grizzly kids & tipsy parents & the host has a mess like a bomb went off. Over indulging at it’s finest! Too MUCH Food, alcohol and gifts. Staff & Bosses working their way up to the last 5 mins ready to fall into a heap. Expectations of bonuses & gifts not for extra service, just for showing up. Holiday pay & public holiday pay rates killing any so called profit. Ps: I Love Christmas! I can’t stand a lot of what goes with it! Due to my health & Values: 2 Platters from Woolworths & dropping in on the kids this Year

06.01.2022 Happy Weekend! Lots of Clients are changing careers, relationships or life in general. Sometimes fears and uncertainties can come up. We are all in a different stage of our journey and doubts will arise sometimes. ... Adventure can be exhilarating, but it can be terrifying at the same time. Stepping into unfamiliar territory, not knowing if you are doing the right thing, or where you are heading. It is easy to turn around and go back to what you know & familiar territory. But, is this the best decision? We all have moments of feeling fearful. Recognise that this is just a normal fleeting moment Remind yourself why you choose this path, look how far you have come already and just take one step at the time. Remember the challenges you have previously overcome & the feelings of pride, strength & achievement. What helps in these moments is taking a deep breath, hydrate, meditate, creatively visualise your goal & how it feels to achieve it, read affirmations, to shift your focus. Be kind to yourself & nurture your physical, mental & spiritual needs. Recall ‘why’ you want this. A walk in nature, in the forest or on the beach can help ground you & press the ‘reset’ button.
