Multi- disciplinary artist and performer Zane Saunders who is of Aboriginal descent, lives in Northern Queensland Australia. His ancestry is with the (Butchulla) and (Goongari) Peoples of Southern Queensland. In the performance arena, Zane drives a very singular performance and installation agenda. This well-appointed and prominent gallery space, was created within the Centre, as part of recent works that included the refurbishment of JWAC’s frontage and foyers, and the creation of new tenancy spaces at the front of the building.
