24.01.2022 During the Covid 19 lockdown, I studied another hypnotherapy course, just to gain a broader understanding of the hypnotic process. Whilst I gained further knowledge, it really illustrated to me how streamlined and direct Dolores Cannon's QHH Technique is! In just one session, you can address multiple health and emotional issues, plus be able to ask questions on any subject you have an interest in or queries on. There is no doubt that Dolores left the world an incredible legacy!!

23.01.2022 When facilitating, QHHT Practitioners are invariably shown via their client's session, an issue or aspect of themselves to look at. In a recent session, I found that I needed to look at my inner child. I drew on a memory from my early childhood, one that had a warm and fuzzy feel, and replicated the circumstance in the here and now. We need to remember to nurture all parts of ourselves.

22.01.2022 You will often hear QHHT practitioners saying how much they love their work! Not only do our clients experience transformations, but we learn so much about history and different civilizations, not to mention the mind bending concepts and conversations that take place. Yesterday, I had the absolute honour and privilege of speaking with a gentle and loving being who gave my client such an incredible awakening! I sooo love this amazing work that Dolores Cannon brought to the world.

22.01.2022 I was just thinking about a client session today where he enjoyed exploring every nook and cranny of a past life. When he transitioned to the afterlife, he wanted to explore that too! So he found himself in a space with tall light columns, and a path leading to a room-like area filled with white light. This was where all knowledge was stored. A being could just absorb anything they wanted to know, and also contribute their life experiences to the consciousness. Then he fo...und all these other rooms with different coloured light. There was a room with blue light for healing, a peach room (mix of gold and pink) which was love. Then there was a room with green light which was about nature and energy vortexes. A little bit more exploration and an interaction with the Librarian of the Akashic Records before coming back through swirling colours. Dolores Cannon stated numerous times in her books, that we are all here at this time for a specific purpose. We all have a role to play, even the perceived darker forces. Their role is to push the rest to the Light. Although being aware of our evolution, it was the key word "role" that gave me the ah ha moment! Thank you D.C. Your words are gems!

12.01.2022 With the slight easing of restrictions in many places, the opportunity to now step out of the home environment and once again partly socialize may pose problems for many people. Being isolated for 6 weeks or so, brings about changes to patterns and habits, and most likely, no one will be quite the same as before the appearance of Covid 19. We have all had the chance to adjust, examine and reevaluate what is important in our lives, including friendships. But for many, fear will still dominate and this will cause more rifts in a fractured society. Rather than being judgmental, open your hearts to other's insecurities by giving love and compassion. Not only do you help them, but you raise your own vibration by doing so.

There was a round one, a pyramid, a square, rectangle and a triangle and possibly more shapes. 02.01.2022 As so many others before me have mentioned, it is such a privilege to be a QHHT Practitioner. I have had the joy of working with a client who had carried forward vows from another lifetime. Imagine how that could impact in this lifetime if you had taken vows of silence, poverty or celibacy. They could manifest in many ways - inability to effectively communicate, struggling financially, relationship issues. How would that change a person's life if they discovered this in a QHHT session? The scope of this work is infinite!!!
