24.01.2022 Hi everyone it’s business as usual here in the salon. HOWEVER if you are unwell,with cold and flu like symptoms high temperatures and so forth we please ask you to reschedule your appointment. We are doing our part in keeping our family as healthy as possible in this current situation so please do the right thing by not only us but to everyone around you. We have taken extra measures to ensure we follow the guidelines of health and safety. We are still taking bookings until advised by appropriate sanctions to close. 24.01.2022 Some of you may have met our oldest daughter who is 16, Khlea is a grade 11 student who is studying hard to be a vet nurse, she has grown up in the salon along side most of your pets. During the lockdown she has been working really hard alongside us and has a natural talent for grooming, her attention to detail is impeccable,and her way with the animals is beautiful to watch. So when the time comes that we again open on Saturdays she will be taking on her own request clients we will keep you updated on here when we will reopen on Saturdays. 23.01.2022 Please be mindful if your crossing the border from NSW there are lengthy delays, today was up to 2 hours we will do our best to accommodate you if your late but please we are trying our best to keep things running smooth. I’m some cases we may just have to simply reschedule you.We need to keep it fair on clients that are on time,also it’s school holidays for our children so spending time with them is very important to us we don’t want to be held up by accumulation of late arrived appointments thanks guys

21.01.2022 Hi everyone just a reminder we are fully booked for a week in advance at the moment we are trying our best to clear the demand to have it to just a few days wait.PLEASE understand that prebooking your next appointment upon departure is your best way of securing the day/time that you are wanting. We understand that dogs are getting hot,and are probably in a bit of a state from the recent cold weather but please we can only do so much a day. Frequently brushing and combing to t...he skin of your pets drastically reduces the need for the short all off haircut that no one really wants... the more you do at home with maintenance the better,not only the cheaper it may be,the more likely it is to get your desired haircut you want Also we have had quite a few NO SHOWS this not only is a little frustrating, it doesn’t allow us the time to call in from the cancelation list, please give us the courtesy of canceling as soon as possible if you can’t make it so we can give the appointment to someone who can.

16.01.2022 YES!!! We are open!! WEDNESDAY & FRIDAYS ONLY at this stage this is a positive step towards being open full time again. Please do be patient we are doing our best to help everyone with their needs. Please note too we have our 6 children that are all being homeschooled so your preferences on days and times are limited as are ours. We have a few new rules they are as follows.. 1. NO ENTRY INTO THE SALON, this also goes for our cat owners (sorry guys) 2. PLEASE call the salon... on arrival,someone will be with you promptly... 3. PLEASE DO NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR OR WINDOWS,this not only upsets the fur clients in the salon WE CANNOT HEAR IT AS WE HAVE EARBUDS IN DUE TO THE DRYERS BEING ON 4. All pets will be bathed upon arrival, this is inline with recommendations of the covid guidelines,so clipping with the no bath option is no longer available 5. Your prompt arrival is very very important we have staggered arrival and pick up times to minimise gathering out front 6. Social distancing please respect our health and yours by respecting the 1.5metre social distancing rules 7. Under no circumstances will our team be blamed for the condition your pet May be in. We cannot fix in 2 hours what been happening in 1,4,8,12,weeks 6 months or a whole year.... we a fantastic at our job but we are not magicians please continue to brush and comb your pets in between visits Thankyou all for understanding and we will see you all soon

15.01.2022 Good morning everyone, just a reminder that still at this stage while covid 19 and winter is lingering around we are only open Wednesday,fridays and alternating mondays/ Saturdays we understand this doesn’t suit everyone’s needs but please covid won’t be forever and winter is normally the slower months for us. We will be back to our normal trade hours in a few short weeks after winter has disappeared and the beautiful spring weather is here and hopefully covid is a distant me...mory. Also we have a lot of requests for same day appointments we no longer accommodate getting you in on the day you call as we are booked a few days in advance and that just wouldn’t be fair to those who pre plan or have to wait We have had an influx of dogs coming in that have been let go over winter whilst we understand that you don’t want your pet getting cold regularly grooming over winter is very important not only to keep knotting/ matting at bay but for the health and well being of your pet is priority, we do no dematt/ cut out/or brush out what could be days,weeks, months of no proper at home maintenance. Any pet bought to the salon matted more than 25% is recommended to be clipped right back short to start fresh our policy has always been HUMANITY OVER VANITY NO pet will be subjected to hours of brushing, dematting or painful thinning out not only is it painful it’s traumatic and it’s not something that we are willing to put your pet through the best way to get the haircut your wanting on your pet is to brush AND comb your pet daily.

07.01.2022 Meet Selena... a gorgeous ragdoll, she is an excessive self groomer.A little under 2 weeks ago she fell very very illafter a few visits to the vet she had X-rays to confirm she had a hair ball lodged in her stomach. Which resulted in major surgery to her little tummy This can be common in longhair breeds of cats or excessive self groomers. So to help manage this with her she will now be clipped year round she is a very very good girl for grooming and often purrs through getting done,if your fluffy feline is in need of this service give us a call on 0755982933
