18.01.2022 | IMMUNITY BOOSTING TIPS | While nutrition plays a largely important role in boosting our immune systems and our cold pressed organic juices are a great place to start to flood the body with a dose of micronutrients! We also must look out our health holistically and take into account a realm of factors. Heres a few fundamental tips to consider when optimising your immunity - - Quality sleep- 6-8 hours per night - Nutrition - eating whole foods wherever possible (fruit, Veg...as, grains, nuts, legumes) - Exercise - 30 minutes of intentionally movement a day - Stress management - learning coping mechanisms to balance difficult emotions (listening to a meditation, yoga, deep breathing, mindfulness, affirmations) - Hydrate - drinking room temperature or warm fluids- herbal teas, water are best. - Hygiene - consciously washing hands, washing bedding, clothes and frequently touched objects (phones, door handles, benches etc), using anti septic lotions when out and keeping intentional distance from others in public. - Herbs and supplements - vitamin C, Zinc, Ginger, garlic and horseradish are a great - Sunshine and nature - 30 minutes of nature time; bare skin and eyes absorbing vitamin D from the sun whilst bare foot earthing with nature Your physical, mental and emotionally health are each as important as eachother when staying healthy and grounded! No investors, no silent business partners and no grant funding, no 5 other businesses to falls back on, NOW houses and supports 5 other INDEPENDENTLY owned and operated brands, as well as offers services for a number of others. These brands are our family & define the Collective. We offer a space for each to produce their goods & grow their brands whilst offering support by overseeing daily operations within the production facility, provide sales & distribution assistance and most importantly share our knowledge & knowhow so everyone can benefit. Each of the businesses are OWNER OPERATED. For the next foreseeable future, our focus is on making sure that each of our producers can stay afloat and continue to produce. We truly are a business that is founded & 100% supports the community on which it was spawned. We pride ourselves on having great relationships with suppliers and other business owners because we see the importance in building a network of people that care about our future as a community, a state and as humans. We have isolated our production facility from the public and each of the producers have a strict routine while onsite to ensure we are all squashing any risk of further infection.
