21.01.2022 Conflict is a part of life. Life is LITERALLY conflict. Being born is a battle to leave the womb while wanting to stay. Trying to improve and expand your business or career whilst still having time with your loved ones. So why is it that we have this ridiculous idea that we shouldn’t have conflict in our relationships? I could share endless cliche’s about how it’s the irritation that makes the pearl but we have heard them all yet, we still haven’t found a way to hav...e conflict in our relationship and be at peace. The BIG mistake we often make is how to fix, ‘heal’ or avoid conflict where what we really need to know instead is how to engage in conflict in a healthy way; How to guide our conflict to create the pearl rather than a big hot mess. In this masterclass we will delve into some very practical and applicable ways to engage in conflict with grace and wisdom which in turn leads our relationships down a path of growth and deeper connection. Conflict has played a big role in my life. It has ruined some relationships and had me feeling deeply isolated. Until I chose to journey with it and find these pathways to healthy conflict and I am honoured to be able to share with you. Conflict can make us feel like we are drowning in desperation and grief. It can feel like the only way out is to leave the relationship. It can feel like we are worlds apart and no matter how much I want to heal this divide, there is no way forward and every time we try it just digs a deeper hole. 09.01.2022 I don’t believe in #soulmates the way many people do. I don’t believe there is one person out there that completes you. A soul mate is a person with whom@you have a soul connection. And they are like a balm to us in this otherwise superficial existence. They touch us in our depth and it is not that they are sent here to ‘challenge’ us as some believe. It is that we have agreed to connect on this plane to help each other remember our mission and occasionally walk side by side to fulfill that mission. I have many soul mates. My husband is one.
