25.01.2022 Finished round table, resined and lookin good. Ready to go to a new home
25.01.2022 Had a visitor giving us a quote on work that we need done. is this for sale ? I had a painting drying against a wall. yes but it isn’t quite finished yet I said. consider it sold the lady said. It’s for her 18 year old daughter. Sometimes things just happen hahahahah. I have finished a couple of paintings and have poured a round for another table. It has turned out awesome, I sure hope that it dries well, if so it will make another great little side table.
25.01.2022 Few new ones, jar lids and lazy Susan ready for resin, round table, will look amazing resined and a double colour base coat on a Dutch pour x2, and fruit bowl that no one will ever see hahahaha. I have also found candle holders with wood base that I will have a go at lol. Besides my order, I have also begun to paint our pergola ( just Not the same .
25.01.2022 Hi all My nice black side table is going to it’s new home today and I have already painted a new one, not resined yet though. It’s the light wooden type and I have chosen autumn colours for this one. I thought that I would also add pictures of what I was taking to the markets ( which were cancelled) just in case anyone is interested. Can you please share this post as it helps me very much, thanks
24.01.2022 This weekend I tried a swipe ( no it has nothing to do with hitting Mike) lol, it’s a form of painting. With a acrylic paint pour recipe you only use either a pallet knife, plastic or as I did wet paper. My results were not bad sunset at the beach . I will definitely give it another try! Not like the Z gallery art so very messy !! I have glitter and broken glass everywhere lol Will only do a commission if wanted. I also picked up a couple of unusual vases and paint...ed them. They have turned out rather well and will get a coat of resin. Working on a big commission piece next couple of weeks so no pictures until it’s done lolxxxx Oops forgot to show you the fruit / salad bowl still needing resin but looks funky on the inside as well lol and loving these serving trays See more
24.01.2022 Had a fantastic day creating, made 3 beautiful round canvas bloom pours, house numbers, coasters and a wooden serving board and huge board. These are going to look awesome when they are resined. I also painted a sea scape I call the lonely seagull... Totally covered in paint , exhaustedly happy

21.01.2022 Not quite finished but not sure if this one is going well? More foam going on wave but unsure if its a keeper or a paint over, honest feedback would be much appreciated as Im still Learning and open to advise.
21.01.2022 I’ve also made a stunning new vase, it’s still wet but I know it will be beautiful with resin, as well as another couple of things that will all need resin. I have also purchased some smaller boards and wooden trays that will be ready for painting next week.
20.01.2022 Hey all why oh why don't I save my posts ???????????? This will be the 3rd time that I have written this lol ("soooo old") So , Mike, Billie and I have just come home from a holiday . Just finished unpacking the van, Mike comes looking for me, " really Jules " he laughs when he finds me painting already. ... (Poor Mike) I was keen to get back to experimenting with different styles of painting/ art. I couldn't wait to show you these, They are "Z Gallery" inspired pieces, but instead of paying $600 to $700 ......... They still need finishing and are for me as I am getting it right. I would love feedback on whether you think that people would be interested in something like these in their own colors and design. I'm also thinking of matching vases or candle holders. See more
19.01.2022 Hi all, hope everyone has enjoyed the new celebration lol. Mike and I had a great time, just the two of us and Billie hahahaha. Well back at work with the kiddos for my last year at OMASPLACE. I will have a studio then and Mikey can have the house back. My latest projects include some acrylic pour paintings, boards , vases and even dolphins, oh and I’m having a go at stainless drink holders with lids.... Some of these are in different stages, some just painted, some just resined and some waiting to be, let me know what you think See more

17.01.2022 Just completed these Vases and Coasters for the upcoming Maitland markets . Looks like three paintings have already sold and I havent gotten there yet. I was so terrified that I wouldnt sell a thing but this has given me confidence ( a little anyway) lol

17.01.2022 Even though the Maitland market has been canceled I still have projects on the go lol. Today I did some acrylic pours ( wont be showing those off until dry). I also did a Shelley Bloom pour on coasters, this time with a black base coat. My beautiful cheeky jumping Miranda Mermaid is complete as well as my Late afternoon Sail boats. I finished Margarets cheese board for her to pick up, hope she likes it lol. Busy, busy,busy

12.01.2022 Even the sad news about the Maitland markets not going ahead in September hasnt stopped me getting into creating new and exciting presents, gifts or additions for your home. So many more to come These are some of what Im working on , some not quite finished yet.

10.01.2022 Very sad about the fact that the market for September has been called off, its totally understandable. Looks like I have extra time to create lots of new artwork for you to enjoy ( I hope) lol Will keep you posted, but if You need anything made personally, I am happy for you to pm me

10.01.2022 Hi all, I have been asked a number of times if my art is for sale, everything I show on this page is for sale, BUT , sometimes I show you the process and the article might not dry well , then I scrape it! Today I sold one of my favourite of paintings , a Dutch pour, she went to a lovely forever home and a vase. Please just let me know if you see anything that you like and I’ll let you know the price and when it will be ready, if not finished . These little beauties I played... with today, the round will become a clock or perhaps a set of placemats? You know you have it bad when you even paint a bin lol. See more
08.01.2022 Having a go, thats what my husband Mike tells me. This page is being created because I love art amongst many other things, but am running out of room lol. COVID-19 has encouraged me to learn how to paint. I have loved my acrylic pouring but have broadened my interest. I have a market coming up on Sunday August 2 , hope to see many of you in Maitland .
07.01.2022 Today I spent packing art to take to the Maitland Market on Sunday. I am very nervous about it and relaxed my mind by painting one of my favourite things, the ocean.
04.01.2022 Today I decided to do first coat of resin on vases and boards, some orders. I also had a better result in a open cup pour, I made a matching pair. I painted a new vase, and completed my under the sea pieces, will resin them in a couple of weeks. I had some success in a triptych Dutch pour ( need much more practice) . Painting another set of coasters hopefully market days will resume again soon. In the meantime please message me if you have a need to purchase a special gift and I will make it for you.
