A local business, who needs to stay secret til after their Christmas party next month, bought some for their staff for Christmas gifts. If you’re looking for gift ideas for staff, family or friends......why not gift them a massage.

21.01.2022 In light of the new restrictions, we will be closed for the next 6 days. Clients who have massage appointments scheduled will be contacted personally to reschedule. We all know that Yoga benefits our mental health. In an effort to help as many people as we can, anyone who requests to join this group will be accepted. You will then have full access to the entire library of videos that have already been posted. 21.01.2022 A better year next year so have a Merry day tommorrow and this is what maybe install for next year : - it will be a 5 universal year 2+0+2+1= 5 - and means:- A... year of expansion, new interests, curiosity, change, versatility, and activity better working conditions numerology and astrology may flourish - make sure you 'focus' and follow through with something you have been thinking about otherwise a lot of 'energy' can become scattered and nothing comes together - work on improving your intuition, and writing - 2020 was a real 'physical' year as we all know - 2021 is a time for meeting new people and getting together for the better good of all but again things can be unstable, and yet bring in the unexpected - its a time of exploring, expanding boundaries, new ideas and a fearless spirit - its a time of FREEDOM : maybe freedom of 'lack' 'being single' being freed of feeling 'stuck' etc - more progress in moving off from 'outmoded' ways of living - watch excessiveness in life, clean your life up - time to be social - its a time of great change and adaptation - on a 'collective' level that is humanity, there could be a real feeling of being 'stuck, restricted ' so its about being open to new possibilities and much more See more

18.01.2022 Mental health and well being is very close to my heart. There is still a stigma attached and even worse so when we talk about the mental health of our men. Pleas urge the men in your life to go along to one of these events with Mary. I saw her on Landline a little while ago. She has an amazing way of connecting with men and relating to them. I know I’ll be encouraging Ian and Sam to go along. #areyouboggedmate

18.01.2022 We’re back! All yoga classes and massage will start again Monday 23rd November. There will be a couple of points to note tho * Kelly and Jules will be wearing a mask during massage appointments. Clients do not have to wear a mask but you are welcome to wear one * Please use the hand sanitiser as you come into our rooms * Yoga students will be required to fill in the attendance book... * Yoga equipment will be available to use, however, no guarantee can be given that it will be sterilised. You are welcome to bring your own props if you have them. * If you are unwell, or may have been in contact with anyone who may have Covid-19, please contact us to reschedule your appointment or class * yoga students that missed classes last week due to closures, will be offered a discount for term 1, 2021 *if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. 17.01.2022 Grounding...... our theme in yoga for this week. But this word can be a little overwhelming or off putting sometimes. So what does it really mean? What is it to feel grounded? To me, grounding myself allows me to breathe, to find that space between my busy thoughts, to feel balanced. The big question is how,,,,, how do we ground ourselves? For me, I like to step outside, close my eyes and listen. When I stop to listen I find my breathing naturally s...lows, my body softens and my jumbled thoughts become a little clearer. It’s not always possible to get outside tho. In those moments, I still close my eyes but I imagine I’m at the beach. I imagine the warm, golden sand. The blue ocean with gentle waves. The warm sun bathing me. Magically, my breathing begins to slow, my body begins to soften and my jumbled thoughts become a little clearer. When we ground ourselves we feel a little more balanced. How do you ground yourself? What does it mean to you to feel grounded?

15.01.2022 Our new Covid safe plan has been updated to include a QR code. When you come in for yoga or massage, you will need to check in. Prior to coming, please download the free mySA GOV app to your phone. This only takes a few minutes. We will still be keeping a manual record for those of you that do not have a mobile phone. Kelly and Jules will continue to wear a mask during massage. You are welcome to wear a mask if you choose to.

Stress affects our mind and body so it’s important we learn how we are affected, how to recognise the signs and how we can manage ourselves during stressful times. This week our theme for yoga is Stress! As we move through our practice we will focus on how our body feels and how the poses can benefit us and relieve stressful moments. We will also revisit our breathwork and practice Ujjayi Pranayama. The Ujjayi br...eath is very soothing and calming for both the mind and body. It also boosts the immune system, enhances memory and soothes the nervous system so why wouldn’t we give it a go! Did you know that a relaxation massage is an integral part of maintaining your mental health? Often we think that a massage must be a remedial massage to be of benefit. 05.01.2022 Hi Yogis Due to the reinstatement of restrictions following the current cluster of Covid-19 cases in Adelaide. ALL CLASSES ARE BEING CANCELLED AS OF TUESDAY 17/11/2020 for 2 WEEKS... I will keep you up to date with any changes. There are lots of classes still available to you via the Facebook group Yoga with Relax and I will add to these for you all. If you have not previously been a member of this group but you are a current yoga student with me, you are welcome to request to join and I will add you immediately. Please note that at this stage, massage appointments have not been affected. May you all stay healthy and I look forward to seeing you on the mat again soon

04.01.2022 This little Amethyst tree arrived today and has already found its new home. The rose quartz tree also found a home today.....only hours after arriving. We have one Green Aventurine tree. If you’d like to give it a home be quick! Green Aventurine is known as the Stone of Opportunity, thought to be the luckiest of all crystals, especially in manifesting prosperity and wealth, or for increasing favor in competitions or games of chance. Its winning energy makes it a great ally for boosting one’s chances in any situation !

04.01.2022 Who checked out the halo around the moon tonight? This was the awesome view we had as we left Yoga tonight. A full halo. Mother Nature you are stunning.

04.01.2022 Orgonite is a substance made of resin, metals and quartz that balances and harmonises bio-energy, otherwise known as orgone, chi or prana. Orgonite is based on these two principles. It is a 50-50 mix of resin (organic, due to the fact that it is based on petrochemicals), and metal shavings (inorganic). A quartz crystal is also added to the orgonite mix. This is because of its piezoelectric properties, which means that it gives off a charge when it is put under pressure (resin shrinks when it is cured, so constant pressure is put on the quartz crystal). Due to the fact that the elements contained in orgonite are constantly attracting and repelling energy, a scrubbing action takes place, and along with the charge that the crystal gives off, this cleans stagnant and negative energy, and brings it back to a healthy, vibrant state.

All current students will be given certificates for next term. Massage........ Jules and Kelly now need to wear a face mask. As a client, you are welcome to wear a mask but we are not able to provide you with one. If you have a massage appointment with us and..... you have been to Adelaide or ..... if you may have been in contact with someone who has or .... if you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms, please contact us and chat about your appointment. If you have an appointment with us we will contact you regarding this. We will continue to provide you with the best care possible in these interesting times.
