18.01.2022 I made a special wedding anniversary dinner for a couple on Monday (delivered to their house) - they asked me to recreate (a vegan version of) their wedding menu and I happily obliged here was the menu they gave me to work with: Starter: Thyme and Tarragon Gnocchi, avocado and tomato salsa with watercress Main:... Herb Crumbed goats cheese, carrot purée, charred vegetables, rosemary and chilli dressing Dessert #1: Espresso creme brûlée with toasted praline Dessert #2: Rich dark chocolate tart with orange and shortbread crumb Here was their feedback: Hey Julia, I just have to say that food was absolutely amazing!
