21.01.2022 Saturday night 40th Birthday in Rozelle for 60 guests, great feedback: "Dear Julia Last night was just lovely. Compliments were flowing from guests about the food. I would personally like to thank you for your professionalism. You and your staff were fabulous and got about your work discreetly which i think is a real skill."... Menu: Crispy polenta fritters with chilled prawns and caramelized onions. Pork and fennel sausage rolls. Roasted cauliflower w green tahini, Persian fetta, walnuts and tabouleh. Mini sweet potato and fennel arancini w aioli Middle Eastern lamb burgers w harissa and tzatiki. Spicy Tikka prawns with minted yoghurt. Butter chicken and basmati rice.

20.01.2022 Julia and Jane are once again donating a finger food party for 20 guests (or $500 credit towards a larger party) to our local public school. 18.01.2022 Great party for 60 guests at Kirrawee last night. Scallops with burnt butter and leeks; pumpkin and fennel arancini; mini cheese burgers with tomato tapenade; spinach and ricotta filos; handmade sushi; Indonesian style chicken satays and peanut sauce.

12.01.2022 Yakitori chicken and chicken coconut coriander dumplings at last Saturday's party in Leichhardt. The Asian theme continued with Bbq pork buns, Prawn gyoza, Cantonese spring rolls, Thai curry puffs, sushi and Hokkien noodle boxes . Great night with 70 guests and Croquembouche dessert!

09.01.2022 Tonight we catered for a lovely party at Rozelle which we donated to the local school and the highest bidders were Angela and Simon. The menu: Peking Duck pancakes, Crispy pork belly, Crab spring rolls, Snow pea wrapped prawn with mango sauce, Thai green curry and Jasmine rice, and Persian Eton Mess for dessert. Thank you for supporting your local school!

09.01.2022 We also did an intimate housewarming in Rozelle, a wild 40th in Dulwich Hill and a 90th Birthday at Mona Vale with the Watermelon Cake.

04.01.2022 We have had a busy June with a huge Jazz and Cocktails 30th Birthday in Putney with a Champagne Fountain, a menu of 4 cocktails and a great 4 piece Jazz band. The food; Meze and antipasti; Portuguese chicken burgers;fennel and pumpkin arancini;Thai chicken salad in wonton cups; mini pies 3 flavours; Mediterranean chicken skewers with tsatziki; seared scallops and baby leeks; haloumi and zucchini rosemary sticks; chargrilled baby octopus; Thai green curry and jasmine rice. Dessert: tiramisu, vanilla pannacotta and a chocolate filled croquembouche of 140 balls! What a feast!

03.01.2022 Great feedback from a wedding in Surry Hills on Saturday night: Hi Julia, Our event was excellent.... Our guests loved the food. Surely some of the best canapes I've ever had. Some people went crazy about the prawns. I much enjoyed the pork belly. Nora and Diam did great. I hope you guys keep up the good work in the future.
