19.01.2022 An interesting article. Be mindful of what you follow on social media and what your little people are following. I see too many young people with body image issues and eating disorders which I’m sure are influenced by what they see on social media. https://theconversation.com/women-can-build-positive-body-i

17.01.2022 Today is R U okay day but It can be really hard to know the right way to respond after someone tells you they are not okay. We often go into trying to 'fix' them or minimise how bad they are feeling in a misguided attempt to help. Here are some helpful tips on what to say after " R U okay ? 08.01.2022 Ever had someone be short with you or forget to text you back and it starts your head over analysing all the different reasons why someone might be mad at you or doesnt like you? When likely the reason is that they might be having a bad day or going through something that has nothing to do with you. Taking things personal or personalising someone’s behaviour is often a faulty thinking style that negatively impacts our relationship with others and our sense of self.

06.01.2022 When we attempt to control things that are outside our power to control often leads us to feelings of fear, anxiety, frustration, anger and disappointment. Acceptance of the things that are out of our control leads to a sense of peace and serenity.

02.01.2022 This is a beautiful poem by a priest that reframes the COVID 19 lockdown experience and encourages transformation. Please take the time to read this if you haven't already. You won't regret it.
