17.01.2022 Springtime on Good Gardening with Phil Dudman on ABC North Coast ...it’s pea time....served up a Sugarsnap, Snowpea, Radish & Feta salad...crunchy, salty and tangy, perfect for brunch, lunch or with grilled lamb or fish. Get up close and personal with this throw together spring salad.... In a large bowl throw in 300gms each of sugarsnaps and snow peas trimmed with 6 radishes sliced, a small handful of snowpea tendrils, 150gms Feta crumbled, some mint and dill roughly chopped and toss with juice of a lemon and a good splash of extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper...whats your favourite springtime salad?
