15.01.2022 My windy office today. I meet the most wonderful interesting families in their darkest times but we do laugh and smile in their loved ones memory. What a joy and privilege to share this afternoon with them.

15.01.2022 A farewell to a lady that was much loved and her quilt made with love in each stitch adorned her resting place.

14.01.2022 My office today. Saying goodbye to a man who served time in WW2 in Borneo. Thankyou.

14.01.2022 Just saying.........................hang in there!

13.01.2022 On a magnificent day at McMillans Of Metung I shared time with two wonderful people and their dearly loved friends and families - some travelling from the US of A. How we all wish they could join us again.

Up to 50 people can attend a funeral in addition to the person leading the funeral and other funeral staff. A funeral held in a private residence will be limited to the members of the household, five attendees, plus the person leading the funeral and other funeral staff.

12.01.2022 A wonderful location to create a mini holiday destination - with the staff from Duart Homestead to do all your catering needs. Fraser Island Retreat in Lakes Entrance - private ferry to get all your guests there safely. Love it! Four weddings so far on this island!

11.01.2022 Can I just ask if anyone has the address of the people that broke the rules and sent us into this phase. I would like to visit them. My three families that I am looking after this week had to angst over who to invite - the magic 50 to their loved ones funerals...and then the magic number of supposedly 50 for a cup of tea. Tonight they have to make the choice of what 30 will be uninvited for a cup of tea and consoling their family members. 50 to the funeral - 20 for a cuppa!

11.01.2022 Received by email this week. Feeling very humble. I write to congratulate you on the way you both (My partner Eric was involved in this service) prepared and ran Bob Haldanes funeral. It was classic Haldane straight down the middle, no religiosity, pragmatic and a few laughs. You both did extremely well and Eric, I thank you for reading my words about Bob. It is not always easy reading aloud someone elses written word. Well done. Mrs D, your performan...ce was a class act: stylish, focussed, warm, informed and personal. One could not ask for a better blend of qualities than those displayed by yourself at this commemoration of a good man. From my observation of the way you conducted Bobs service I suspect you would be in constant demand. Thank you both for a sterling performance in farewelling a good and honourable man, my friend, Bob Haldane. Warmest regards to you both, Bill Robertson
