10.01.2022 The tourism industry has been battered unfairly by the media throughout the COVID pandemic. We were the first industry to go down and will be the last to bounce back. Despite our efforts, the media only want to hear the minority side of the story and sadly allow it to be misconstrued without showing the incredible work we are all doing under indescribable pressure. I understand most travel suppliers i.e. airlines, hotels, tour operators have not offered refunds and in the vast majority they have offered travel credits but hopefully this helps you to understand how the industry works and how important travel credits are to the future of the travel industry and my business!

05.01.2022 Good morning and welcome to Friday the 13th! As you are aware Covid-19 is having a major impact on some people’s travel arrangements. You can rest assured that as your Personal Travel Manager I am doing as much as I possibly can to assist you regarding your travel plans. This morning I woke to the news that Princess Cruises and Viking Cruises have suspended their sailings worldwide for the next 60 days and Broadway and Disneyland (which never closes!) are closed for 30 days. ...I believe we will be hearing of much more over the next 24-48 hours. Rest assured that you are not alone and as your Personal Travel Manager I will be looking at all my valued client's bookings and finding out the best course of action.
