25.01.2022 Start your week with Zumba!! Monday nights at 6pm at the Ulverstone Rowing Club $10 per person, under 16 $5. I hope to see you there!!!

23.01.2022 Wednesday is TONING day!!! Join me for a full body workout and stay for Zumba afterwards! Remember you can use light hand weights (1kg max) or 2 filled drink bottles if you do not have toning sticks.

My sister says "I just loved seeing all of the outfit changes" and then proceeded to tell me which was her favourite!!!
