25.01.2022 Thankful for sunny days and the promise of Spring just around the corner. I feel it in the air. I see it in the fresias lining the path. I know it in my mood as Spring is my favourite season.

16.01.2022 Mister couRAWRgeous! I was cleaning out my files and found this guy from my lockdown creations and I had to share his dino-grin again! This is one of my favourite paintings to date.... The best part of creating him was the family's reaction to him! P.S. If you'd like a painting for someone in your family for Christmas, please get in touch this week to get it in time. Much love.

14.01.2022 Easily my most favourite hike to date. I miss this and can't wait for it to open again. Du Faur Head, Blackheath.

13.01.2022 You've got to make up for it with the eyes... Notice the artwork? I have just been playing but if you'd like one let me know.

13.01.2022 Hey, my loves I’m back after unplugging for a little bit and guess what? I’m feeling SO much better for it! The world’s a tad topsy turvy at the mo (in case ...ya hadn’t heard ) and I really needed some time away from outrage, infighting, orange presidents and bad news. I needed to regain some structure to my life, which I’m bad at even without the whole apocalypse vibe that 2020 is pushing 2020, stop trying to make ‘fetch’ happen. It’s not going to happen. I wanted to make this series because I’ve noticed something in myself, in my friends, online, in life; that with this gigantic WORLD THING going on, people are feeling like all their Life Things are insignificant. You know what I mean? It’s hard if you’re down on yourself for something sorta small (hurt feelings, body change, not being able to meet up with friends) when there are so many Really Very Big and Looming issues in the world right now. But we’re still humans. You are allowed to exist as an individual WITHIN the collective. Yes, your problems are smaller than a pandemic, but they are not insignificant. I’m going to be sharing more about what I’ve been learning and how I’ve been coping (esp as a really bloody sensitive little sausage, a mum, an ADHD-hooman and someone with anxiety) and how I’ve sort of plaited it in with nature. Hopefully it will be useful for someone else. Tools and tips and tricks etc. Any who, I’m back and renewed I leave you with these lyrics from one of my fave songs EVER by Ben Lee: Woke up this morning I suddenly realized We're all in this together I started smiling 'Cause you were smiling And we're all in this together I'm made of atoms You're made of atoms And we're all in this together And long division Just doesn't matter 'Cause we're all in this together, yeah I saw you walking In the city We're all in this together The city's changing 'Cause we are changing And we're all in this together Every twelve seconds Someone remembers That we're all in this together
