But today is also the launch of my new branding for Julie Herbert Millinery. It has been since the covid-19 pandemic first started that it was time to have a fresh new look to me and my millinery. 17.01.2022 The snow has landed here in Orange and almost 10 years creating these headpieces or as you know i as fascinators and still loving every part of the process. There has been such a change in my workroom lately with the making of 3 layered fabric face masks - orders being created and my customers coming to my studio to collect or me posting to arrive at their front door step. 15.01.2022 Even though its late for me to post this tonight (usually asleep to get some zzzds) but #ruok is today and to me its something I personally am very passionate about. Mental health has had such a huge impact on many of us thus year since covid-19 hit our countries, including here in Australia. But for me there have been many challenges the past 12 months since my baby boy was born (yes, he will be 1 tomorrow! And how cute is he!). But post natal depression and anxiety is real...ly an eye opener for me and i am ok and I am on the right path with support from my loved ones but I know I am the only one who can build my confidence, my self worth and my health to be a better person. 10.01.2022 As a milliner you see me on the creative side making headpieces,Veils and accessories (now including 3 layered fabric face masks), but on the other side I am a wife of 6 and abit years and also a Mum and my baby boy Liam will be 12 months next month. It sure has been a crazy time and it sure is even more now making face masks. This was lastnight when Liam didnt want to goto sleep at his usual time so we cuddled whilst watching harry and Meaghan on tv lastnight.

Its the weekend already and wow it sure is a warm day here in lovely Orange in Regional NSW. ... I have been making hats, headpieces and accessories since 2014 where I studied Millinery at TAFE and too at Millinery Conventions. I would have never done millinery if it wasnt for my husband Gavin (boyfriend then). And it was because we went to the races. 06.01.2022 The past so many months have been ridiculously insane for me, i have been working on my true self with attending a seminar to get me back on my feet again. Now its over i have done alot in my self care, and building my potential to what i actually really love to do. I am a creator and always have been artistically through singing, dancing, painting, drawing, millinery and since i was little i have always loved being a crazy little girl who was in a leotard dancing in the loun...geroom. When we get older we change our direction, finish school, study or get a job and work in the real world. But for me my passion has always been my creativity and i am focusing and continuing on with that, because its where my heart is. Never have anyone tell you what you must do in life.
