22.01.2022 New Class starting Next week - Mat Pilates Mat Pilates is a gentle, low impact, but SERIOUSLY strong workout. Exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and concentrate on strengthening the core. On the mat, your body weight provides full resistance against gravity, making it a a full body workout. ... The class is for all members - beginners to advanced. We can’t wait to share this new class with you. Mats are provided but we encourage you to bring your own. Classes are held in the yoga studio, located at the entrance of the gym. 01.01.2022 Now that QLD isolation restrictions are easing, we are mixing things up!! Instead of live daily classes we will be offering three classes per week. Julie will be running an exercise of the week, which will be released on Mondays so you have the week to practice and share your progress with us. Winda will be hosting a foundations class focussing on the basic principals of Pilates and Nicky will be hosting an intermediate class with a focus on the more challenging exercises as well as some fantastic stretches.
