22.01.2022 Preparing a cake tin for baking Grease entire inside of tin with softened butter. Add about 2 tablespoonful of plain flour into the greased tin. Shake the flour across the entire interior of cake tin by tilting and swirling the pan to get the tin covered. Once the tin has a nice coat of flour, invert the pan to tap out any excess flour leaving a thin layer of flour. Line bottom of tin with baking paper to help removal.
