25.01.2022 A big big thank you to my family for an amazing effort they put in yesterday for my annual exhibition. Again.. not possible for it to run so smoothly without them. Love them dearly. Always feel so blessed with the turnout of people making the effort to pop in and see what I've done throughout the year. Forever grateful too for new and repeat buyers as well. Here's a few of the works that have found homes that got great feedback on the day and has encouraged me to keep working beyond the coast x

22.01.2022 Was happy delivering new works to Picasso Art Framers in Carine today. They have a great range of local artists always on display. This little painting of my local beach at Trigg was included.

19.01.2022 Work in progress....image 52cm x 52cm. I surely do love those salt lakes on Rottnest. All those textures! Im always walking past this view... to and fro from Geordie Bay. I really enjoyed the colour palette that I used a few weeks ago on a smaller piece so couldn't resist another!

18.01.2022 Two months ago I also started this oil. Today it too had some work done on it..especially as I hate wasting oil paint if Ive squeezed out too much! Again I have a long way to go till completed! Canvas size 100cm x 90cm.

16.01.2022 Back on the easel with this one. It never got finished in time for my annual home exhibition last year so I'm determined to complete it to be ready and framed for the Stirling Open Art Studios next month!

13.01.2022 I've had my studio door open for most of today for some ventilation with my oil painting. Our local little Willy Wagtail has been taking advantage of it!

12.01.2022 "Outback Track" is my entry in this years Melville Art Award. Deciding on what to put in to some of these exhibitions can do your head in! I've really enjoyed working with a limited palette on this. Such a change from my vibrant coastal ones!

11.01.2022 A selection of works that will be included in this year's Annual Home Studio Art Exhibition on Sunday 29th November. I will have 34 works on display and for sale that I have completed throughout this year. Its definately been a tough year for all with lots of tragedy, sorrow and challenges to face and its made me feel even more blessed in having my studio as my sanctuary. I hope to uplift your spirits by taking a trip with me on this one day only event around our awe inspiring state of Western Australia x

11.01.2022 Spent this afternoon with fellow artist Sally Edmonds hanging some of our works at the delightful Bay Road Pantry at 29 Bay Road Claremont. We are in there together till mid December so if your in the area pop in and have a look as well as tasting some of their scrumptious food and yumm coffee!

09.01.2022 "Southern Invitation"" is part of the current exhibition thats on at Ellis House in Bayswater until the 11th April. If your staying in Perth over the Easter break pop in and have a look. 06.01.2022 Brochures are in! It's that time of year where I'm part of the Stirling Open Art Studios. The dates are set for the two consecutive Sundays 7th and 14th February. 10am till 4pm. Great way of visiting 11 different artists and their working studios throughout the City of Stirling area.

05.01.2022 The Beverly Art Prize and Easter Exhibition is on this weekend. I'm proud to have been exhibiting with them for over 20 years!
