04.01.2022 A big thank you to Unleashed Grad Trips for their support of our Pink Breakfast in 2019. 2020 has been a year of uncertainties and disappointments for all. Year 12 2020 have had sooooo many disappointments and due to the pandemic, another milestone cannot be reach SCHOOLIES! This is what some kids go to year 12 for (cough, my son ). The postponement of their Fiji Grad Trip is a HUGE disappointment for our Year 12’s and is beyond Unleashed control. Since the start of th...e pandemic, the team at UNLEASHED have been working frantically to ensure these kids are given the opportunity to someway celebrate and travel when borders and authorities allow them to. UNLEASHED have also paid out lots of $$ and certainly aren’t benefiting or profiting from the postponement. It is a lot of money for a school kid, however, between you and me what mum or dad isn’t going to give it back to them. if they paid it in the first place (oh, I am so politically incorrect). Jot and the team are happy to discuss 2020 with anybody, so feel free to reach out to them. Social media is not the place to rant. They are hurting just like us all, life is too short.. be kind. 02.01.2022 Another week down - YI-HA! My chemo days are turning into a day I look forward to!!! Weirdo I know. I am so so lucky that my chemo version is much easier than most. Had my extra boobie drug (herceptin - which is the main one for my treatment) for the 2nd time yesterday. After a week of getting back into the gym with lots of boxing at Tribe Social Fitness and a new weekly adventure with my gorgeous friend Rachel Dible-Dorman and her gorgeous girls at F2S Shari Jean Bremner ...- whoa! Got beaten up by a teenager . More generosity by my friends - beautiful messages, amazing gifts and pamper packs! Also received an amazing box of goodies from Look Good Feel Better - WHOA! My gorgeous friend Kaylene Morgan is going to take my beautiful friend Brooke and I through some tips on staying our gorgeous selves while having mother fucker hair loss . Speaking of which - I have a lot of work to do in the headwear dept!!!!! Back to my looking forward to chemo - I saw the gorgeous Lindsay again today. She gives me strength just seeing her smile; also ran into an old friend of a friend Josie who is battling her own health at the moment - also with a big beautiful smile. Oh - not to mention the amazing nurses at The Sutherland Hospital - they’re so lovely and make sure our visits are as easy as possibly - helping me escape in record time so not to interrupt my social life .
