18.01.2022 Really enjoyed the process of making this lovely commission piece for my friend, Lyndall. As you know, I love the fact that jewellery takes on meaning beyond the jewellery itself and can signify a time and place when it was gifted or worn, an important moment in life, or remind us of a loved one. This bracelet marks Lyndall's recent Baptism. It features three hand-made, fine silver charms including a cross and two round charms that represent wind and waves (swipe acros...s to see the poem that inspired the design), with knotted amazonite beads and a toggle clasp. A beautiful piece that I hope my friend loves for a very long time. 10.01.2022 Just finished Day 1 at the Rose St Artists Market. It’s been such a long wait to get to markets this year, which I was planning to start back in April. But pretty pleased with the day. All in all a great start. 7 more Saturdays to go until Christmas. Yep only 7!
