25.01.2022 Why use an infuser over a tea bag? Well, let me tell you. Tea leaves have room to expand and unravel, giving you greater flavour. When Im talking about tea leaves, Im not referring to the black tiny pieces you find in a tea bag, instead they are the big often green complete leaves. They often come balled up or contracted from drying, when placed in water they gradually open like a flower bloom. Its the same when using teas made from herbs, spices, flowers etc.

15.01.2022 Interesting fact with loose leaf tea: You can get several cups of tea from the one serving. Of course it wont be as strong as the first delicious cup, but you will still get your monies worth and a good cuppa. Some people say 10 cups but I reckon that would be pushing it to dish water lol After you have infused your tea, empty your tea leaves/tea product onto a saucer or bowl until you want to re use later in the day.
