21.01.2022 What a lovely day we had at the Babies and Kids Market today. A huge thank you to everyone browsed or shopped or just stopped by for a chat. We look forward to seeing you all at the next Babies and Kids market on 30th November, or you can often find us at the Bushland Beach market on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. We don't quite make it to all of them but we are there as often as we can. Otherwise, send us a message. We are always happy to hear from you.

17.01.2022 So, here we are in this unprecedented time all shaking our heads in disbelief. It is my wish that all my family, friends and everyone who has supported my little business over the years remain healthy both physically and financially as we work our way through what seems like a minefield. I had been planning my first ever overseas holiday which of course won't be happening now. 'What can I do instead?' I thought. I am going to have my own painting retreat - at home - just me (and my bird). Daily meditation and a real continuity with my painting. Sounds fabulous to me. I have been working on an exhibition detailing my journey and struggles surrounding my husband's battle with dementia. Sounds like a plan. Stay safe everyone.

10.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who attended our first market of the year at Bushland Beach today. We saw lots of new faces and our slightly moved location was a great success. We hope to be back in 2 weeks (work permitting) with some new things to delight our customers. Julie and Paula

08.01.2022 A very happy Mother's Day to all our Mums especially the special mums in my life, be they my daughters, daughters-in-law, sister, sisters-in-law and my Mum who is no longer with us. Our first Mother's Day without her. I hope you have all been lucky enough to have been as spoilt as I have been. I am blessed to have such amazing children. I love you all and thank you very much.

08.01.2022 A couple of months back I told you all that my entry into the Percival Portrait Awards was accepted as a finalist in the competition, something which makes me very proud. I would now like to share the portrait with you all. Unfortunately due to the current circumstances the gallery is still closed. They do however have a virtual tour of the competition. My entry is of my son Daniel who is a boiler maker by trade. It is oil on canvas, size 100cm x 120cm. I hope you enjoy my entry.

03.01.2022 Farewell to 2019, a year full of ups and unfortunately some significant downs. As we step into 2020 we move on to bigger and better things. Time to welcome in all the wonderful things this new year and indeed new decade have to offer. May all my family, friends, customers and followers have a year full of joy, prosperity and fabulous things. LET'S DO IT!!!!!
