24.01.2022 The July issue of the Jumbuck Newsletter is now out! The waiting game for a decent rain continues on many stations, but for those who've received a good drink, the response has been terrific. And of course COVID-19. Interesting to hear the perspective from those living on stations regarding a global pandemic.... THANK YOU to all on our Jumbuck stations that contribute! The new issue can be viewed here > https://jumbuck.com.au//Jumbuck-Newsletter-July-2020-WEB.p

16.01.2022 We have recently finished up shearing at our Mulgathing station near Coober Pedy in the North-West pastoral region of SA. This year we had Corey and Cass Burgess (C & C Burgess Shearing) undertaking the large feat with just over 24,500 sheep through the shed. We caught up with them this week to find out a little bit more about their time on-station including the incredible photos of Mulgathing we’ve seen pop up on their Facebook page... ... . & 2015 , . , . 2 3 , . ? 25 8 . . . ? , , . ? , , . , . , ? . 14.01.2022 We are business as usual! With the uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, Jumbuck are fortunate to be a part of Australia’s primary industry where we can, for the most part, continue to work as normal. We take comfort in the fact that there is probably no better place to be right now than on station as they are by nature, remote and isolated. As we continue to move forward, we wish our northern cattle stations Meda, Blina and Killarney all the best with their upcoming season. Stay safe and look after yourselves and one another. We have a good, strong team and as owner Hugh MacLachlan says we will keep on keeping on.

11.01.2022 Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing Jumbuck mums! ( ) Working tirelessly behind the scenes, on station or in the office, it does not go unnoticed. We appreciate you and thank you.... Relax and enjoy your special day! See more

06.01.2022 Great little piece that Farmbot Monitoring Solutions put together with Matt Wood, who manages Jumbuck's Blina Station in the Kimberley, on the importance of farmbots and good management of waters.

04.01.2022 Our Meda station held an Easter Fishing Competition over the weekend. With most of Australia currently in isolation, it has forced the cancellation of some local community events that our staff look forward to attending each year. So, our managers are hosting mini on-station team events to ensure no one misses out! Setting up camp near the May River, Sean took out the win with 1 barra and 4 catfish and Aaron came 2nd with 1 barra. Although hoping for more fish fillets to chu...ck on the fire, everyone had an enjoyable time and even young Marlee and Wade got in on the action! Stayed tuned for news out of Blina and Killarney who are following suit in coming months.

02.01.2022 The final Jumbuck newsletter for 2019 is now online! See what life has been like on our stations, from shearing and dry conditions to mustering and new additions.
