20.01.2022 It's been some time!!.. A business I loved so much full of clients I called friends is always a hard thing to let go of but sometimes life throws challenges at us and we all need time & space to breath, heal & move on... which is exactly what I've been doing. I hope you are well. You may, or may not have wondered where I have been... well I decided to Jump into Real Estate. I've spent two years learning all there is to know about this crazy/exciting industry @ Woolcock Partners Real Estate & have recently joined forces with Pip Jenkins to help people in their quest to find their dream home. 20.01.2022 Exercise is so powerful in helping to clear the mind. A quick run around Carr Villa has changed a crappy mindset into a positive, happy with myself mindset. If you're feeling bad or unmotivated MAKE yourself get out there and do some exercise. It really does work!!..

18.01.2022 As you all know we have a few changes to the timetable. One being that the gym is available for 24 hour access members tomorrow at 6am. This leaves me free.I plan on going for a run at 6am if anyone's keen. Leaving from the new Jump location. Last run before Point to Pinnacle on Sunday

17.01.2022 We've all heard this before but try to remember how hard you have worked this year. Don't blow it in just a couple of days. Make sure if you're eating and drinking more you're getting out there more to work off the festive cheer. But remember to enjoy this awesome time of year :)

14.01.2022 As the muscle pain eases this saying rings true.. As I headed up the mountain I noticed the silence of everyone. I was surrounded by hundreds but there was no words.. We all had to draw on our own mental motivation and toughness to get to the end. Our mind controls everything. When you are at your limits those positive thoughts can get you there.. So a good friend reminded me x
13.01.2022 Personal trainers are so lucky to meet so many amazing people on their fitness/weight loss or personal discovery journey. I must say most of my closest friends are all people I have met through Jump. My clients motivate me! I thank all of you for being so loyal to Jump. I am always there when you decide to get back into fitness. Please don't ignore a personal trainer when you feel embarassed about low motivation and wanting to give up.. That's what we're here for. We feel sad that we've lost a friend :(

06.01.2022 Hi Di, just read your post. Glad all is going well . I'm back doing triathlons had a awesome 2016/17 season with amazing results finishing 2nd Tasmanian female overall for the season. 04.01.2022 We're about to hit December. Rather than wait until January to make your goals for 2015 start thinking about them now. The Cadbury Marathon will be a great way to start the year. You could always do the 10k?.. This will be a good prep for Gold Coast in July. Make those goals reality and feel focused before we hit 2015.
