12.01.2022 Our first week of the school holidays have been & gone, and thank you to everyone that came to support our small business , it was so nice to see all your smiling faces again. Please remember a few things before your trip to Jump&Climb: If you are a spectator please make sure you are booking a spectator ticket for the same hour as the Jumping. We have restrictions on the number of people allowed per session, so we thank you for your understanding. To support contact tracing... by the Government we require everyone's details in store of who visits us each session, so please allow some time to fill out before your session starts. Yes this means all Jumpers, spectators and kids you bring from other family households. We cannot offer Climbing, Combo's or Birthday Parties until further restrictions have been lifted Bookings: www.jumpandclimb.com.au

11.01.2022 REOPENING Friday 26th June!! We are so excited to announce that our doors will Reopen at Jump&Climb on Friday 26th June, Just in time for the Winter School Holidays!! A few changes to the way we operate are in place but are only temporary, for now, it's essential for us to operate this way in order to keep our customers and employees safe. ... Sessions will run for one hour, with a 30-minute gap between session to facilitate traffic movement and Cleaning. Please check bookings page for the changed session times. We encourage online bookings at this time as we have limited capacity. To adhere to the Government capacity restrictions all sessions are limited to one hour duration with no option to extend. Due to capacity restrictions, a spectator pass is required with your booking(no charge) so we can keep track of numbers (maximum one spectator per booking). Spectators to remain on the mezzanine floor or cafe area only. For children who require closer supervision we encourage parents/careers to purchase a Jumping ticket. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to allow any additional guests into the facility. Climbing & Combo's will remain unavailable until the Government restrictions are further lifted. Party Bookings: Unfortunately at this stage, we are unable to take party bookings due to restrictions. Gift Vouchers: All gift vouchers that expired between 23rd March- 26th June 2020 will be honoured for an additional 6 months. If a booking is made and the Government re-introduces tighter restrictions which may force us to close again, your booking will be transferred to a later date.
