08.01.2022 Jumpdeck Coronavirus Community Response In response Coronavirus, Jumpdeck introduced hygiene and customer safety policy. Well cut our session capacity to 45 jumpers only(will be reduced to even lower if required) to keeping enough space between every people at our venue; ... Refuse entry anyone who have any symptoms in dangers of carry virus. Setup sanitiser wash points disinfecting surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment; Ask people to avoiding unnecessary contact; No touching between people; Keep our door open let fresh air thru the venue. We also have extra clean time to disinfecting surfaces make sure all area are clean and make Jumpdeck hygiene. For the Jumpdeck Party: Clean and disinfecting the party room before party starts; Setup sanitiser wash points in every party room; Party host announce hygiene rules to all the party guests before jumping; Host also reminder every kids wash/sanitiser their hands before having food. Although our refund policy allow you 14 days period to the party date in full refund. But at this particular time, until day before the Party in case of cancellation. We can credit you payment up to 12 months to use other booking session. Well keep open as usual till government further decision at this stage. For all customer online/offline booking payment/deposit option: Your paid fee/deposit will be valid for 12 months and transfer to future booking time. Hope all our jump funs stay safe, stay hygiene.
